We are currently seeking qualified applicants for our Clinical Services Director position.  This position requires:

A Masters Degree in the Social Services Field as well as Licensure (or the ability to immediately be licensed) in the state of Kentucky as an LPCC, LMFT, CSW, or LCSW.

Texas Boys Ranch

Texas Boys Ranch has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and energetic individual in a faith-based facility for the position of Program Director.

Position Purpose:  Provide supervision and guidance to basic care staff and ensure compliance to all standards and agency policies in order to meet the physical, developmental, emotional, and spiritual needs of all children (basic - specialized levels) in care.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

-Master's degree in  counseling, social  work, psychology, marriage and  family, education, or other related human development field and two years experience in working with special needs children and/or experience working with children living in out-of-home placements or a bachelor's degree in any of the above fields and significant  progress toward master's degree with projected completion not later than 15 months from date of employment and a minimum of four years experience in the areas listed above.

-At least two years experience in supervision and management

General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Supervise and manage direct care portion of residential child care program

-Supervise and train staff including house parents and support/relief personnel

-Ensure program  compliance with all  applicable  laws, standards, regulations, and  policies.
